Hoarding Behavior and Sorting Techniques
Dr. Catherine Ayers is an Associate Adjunct Profession in the Department of Family Medicine and Public Health, Division of Behavioral Medicine at the University of California, San Diego. Dr. Ayers’ research is focused on treatment outcomes for Hoarding Disorder, the use of sorting techniques in treating Hoarding Disorder in late life.

Aftermath of Receiverships
Judge Hubbard and therapist Rosemary Nielsen, along with a panel of experts, will present on a successful pilot program launched in Orange County involving individuals with hoarding behavior under receivership: When judges have suggested follow up treatment for these individuals, including mental health treatment, in home services, housekeeping, care giving, bill paying and ongoing legal accountability, the hoarding behavior seems to be better controlled.
A conference for all service providers who encounter those with hoarding behavior.
